This Privacy Policy explains how Job Hunter Pipeline("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit jobhunterpipeline.com or use the Service. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to the extent they apply.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name and email address when you purchase or sign up.
  • Purchase information: products purchased, transaction IDs, and partial billing details (full payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers).
  • Usage data: lesson progress, tool usage, login events, and feature interactions inside the member area.
  • Communication data: emails you send to support, form submissions, and community posts.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, and referrer are processed by our hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare) to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Our own first-party analytics stores anonymous page, video, CTA, and checkout-intent events plus random browser-session and page-visit identifiers. On our offer pages, after you accept analytics and advertising measurement, it may also store campaign source labels, Meta campaign/ad-set/ad IDs, and the raw ad placement label so we can measure the path from an ad visit to checkout intent. It never stores your IP address, name, email, raw Meta click ID (fbclid), _fbc, or _fbp in this first-party funnel event record.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and operate the Service (login, content access).
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets).
  • If we introduce marketing emails about our products, we will send them only to people who have opted in, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.
  • To improve the product and respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

How to unsubscribe. Any marketing email we send will include a working unsubscribe link at the bottom — no login required. You can also email support@jobhunterpipeline.comwith the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days at the latest, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop essential transactional email (such as receipts or access details) while you have an active purchase or account. 3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process your data under one or more of the following legal bases: performance of the contract you entered into when purchasing the Service; your consent (for marketing emails); our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service; and compliance with applicable law.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors:

  • JVZoo (BBC Systems Inc.) — retailer, payment processing, and order fulfillment for this offer.
  • Supabase — hosting, authentication, and database.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (and marketing email delivery if we introduce it).
  • First-party analytics — we record anonymous, cookieless page, video, CTA, and checkout-intent events (no name, email, or IP) in our own Supabase database to measure how our pages perform. On offer pages, consented advertising visits may include bounded campaign source labels, Meta campaign/ad-set/ad IDs, and the raw placement label joined to a random page-visit identifier.
  • JVZoo conversion tracking — when you buy, our retailer JVZoo uses 1x1 conversion pixels and a checkout-state script on our offer and upsell pages to attribute your purchase to the correct order and affiliate and to enable one-click upsells.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) — an advertising measurement pixel on our offer pages. It loads ONLY after you accept our cookie banner, and we send it event-level signals (such as page and video views) to measure advertising performance. See Cookies and Advertising below.

We do not sell your personal information. When you consent, we share limited, event-level data with Meta (Facebook) solely to measure advertising performance. You can decline this at any time.

5. Cookies and Advertising

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (login session, security). We also use first-party, cookieless analytics: a random browser-session identifier and a new random page-visit identifier to measure page, video, CTA, and checkout-intent engagement. Marketing source labels and Meta campaign/ad-set/ad and placement identifiers are recorded for that anonymous visit only after you accept analytics and advertising measurement. We do not store the raw Meta click ID (fbclid), _fbc, or _fbp in this first-party event record.

When you buy, our retailer JVZoo (BBC Systems Inc.) uses conversion pixels and a checkout-state script on our offer and upsell pages to attribute your purchase to the correct order and affiliate and to enable one-click upsells.

On our offer pages we can load the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure advertising performance. It loads ONLY after you select "Accept" on our consent banner. If you select "Decline", no advertising pixel and no advertising cookie is loaded. You can change your choice later by clearing this site's stored data in your browser. We honor your choice before any advertising pixel fires, including for visitors in the EU and UK.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and purchase data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years after closure to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Communication data is retained for two years unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymous first-party funnel events, including any consented campaign source and Meta campaign/ad-set/ad and placement labels described above, are retained for 90 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@jobhunterpipeline.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. International Transfers

Our processors may operate in jurisdictions outside your country (including the European Union and the United States). We rely on standard contractual clauses and our processors' adequacy decisions where applicable.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service.
